The walk starts at St Paul's cathedral, through old streets of London, exploring lives the Victorians at Christmas, dipping into Charles Dickens' 'A Christmas Carol'.
At the beginning of the 19th century Christmas was hardly celebrated. Many businesses did not even consider it a holiday. But by the end of the century it had become the biggest annual celebration and took on the form we recognise today.

Christmas Carol Walk Reviews:
"We went on this 1.5 hour walk as part of our work department Christmas outing. Hazel was a fun and engaging tour guide, and took us around several places linked to Dickens (all within the City of London). Although I lived in East London for three years, most of the locations were completely new to me and the facts were fascinating. The link in to Christmas made this a perfect tour for this time of year. Would highly recommend as a team/group activity! Dress warmly though if it's in the winter. Thanks Hazel!" Isabella
